HISTORY & biography

At age 14, Wayne T. Fober remodeled his first basement. In the ensuing years, Wayne’s passion became his profession and he created D&A Remodeling, one of Omaha’s most reputable remodeling companies.

Wayne graduated with top honors from the Rhode Island Vocational Technical School with a degree in woodworking. An Army veteran, he came to Nebraska nearly four decades ago.

Through his training and experience, Wayne has become an expert in both remodeling and the art of custom woodworking and trim. From bathrooms and kitchens to custom homes, he is also a master of optimizing space and creating superb flow-patterns within rooms.

With his wife, Kathy, who specializes in customer relations, the Fobers treat each project as if it were being completed in their own home. As a team, the Fobers provide superb craftsmanship as well as first-rate communication for their customers. D&A Remodeling also guarantees detailed, comprehensive bids in a timely manner.

The Fobers are members of the NKBA and the BBB. They stay on the cutting edge of the remodeling industry by attending seminars, exhibitions and conferences and by subscribing to numerous remodeling publications.

We are proud of our involvement with the following association:
